Matching the technology to the customer and project
Pacific Database focuses on solutions that are inexpensive to develop and maintain over time. Some customers know what software they are comfortable using and for others I do an evaluation to see what fits their needs the best. The last several years projects have centered around stable Microsoft products and the secure environment of Google’s cloud services; but other software is used as necessary.

These options give you free or minor long term costs but provide robust solutions and a large number of options. Because of my history with many different platforms, databases, and programming languages it’s very easy to learn new platforms and software packages so that is not a limiting factor in what technology is best for the project.
